Type the mobile number and the customer appears with their price list, wallet and unpaid balance. Tap the items, choose Hangered or Folded, Normal or Express.

Step 2
Print the receipt and tag every piece
The receipt prints by itself when you save, on any 80 mm printer, with your logo, VAT number and Arabic labels. Garment tags print one strip per piece, ready to cut and pin.

Step 3
Mark it ready and tell the customer
Select the finished orders and mark them ready. The customer gets an SMS or WhatsApp message, and the order moves to the Ready list for the driver or the counter.

Deliver, collect and see the day's money

Is onboarding free?
Yes. Sign up online, confirm your mobile on WhatsApp and your laundry is created with a starter price list for your country, at no cost. The free plan includes 50 invoices every month for one branch.
No. Libas runs in Chrome or Edge on any Windows PC, tablet or phone. You only need an internet connection and, for receipts, an 80 mm thermal printer.
Which printers work?
Any 80 mm receipt printer that works in Windows. Receipts and garment tags print on the same printer, and printers with auto-cut cut each receipt.
Can my staff use it in Arabic?
Yes. Each user chooses English or Arabic from the user menu. Receipts carry your own Arabic labels, item names and terms.
What happens when I need more than 50 invoices a month?
Move to the monthly plan for each branch, priced by the branch's monthly sales, from US$ 16 to US$ 39 a month. You renew from inside the app with Renew Now.
I use the old Libas desktop version. Can I move?
Yes. Contact us on WhatsApp and we will move your items, customers and balances to the cloud version.
Can my customers get WhatsApp and SMS messages?
Yes. Libas sends a message when the order is received, when it is ready and when it is delivered, with the amount due and a link to rate the service.
What computer and printer do I need?
Libas runs in the browser and needs little. We recommend an i5 processor or better, 8 GB RAM, a 1920 x 1080 screen and an 80 mm receipt printer.
How soon can we start?
Straight away. Once the form and payment are done, your laundry is created and you can take the first order the same day.
Our internet is not reliable. Can we still use Libas?
Yes. We also have a tested desktop version that keeps your laundry running without an internet connection. Ask us on WhatsApp.
Is my data safe?
Your data is kept on our servers with a backup every night. Each company only sees its own data, and every login is protected by its own password.
