  • What is the estimated timeframe for going live?

    Our onboarding process is automated, meaning that as long as you provide the necessary information and complete the payment process, you can start using the system immediately. If you encounter any issues, our customer support team is available to assist you. Simply provide your company registration number or registered mobile number when contacting us for faster resolution.

  • Libas is a web application that utilizes minimal hardware resources. The recommended requirements for optimal performance are as follows:

    i5 Processor or higher

    8 gb RAM

    1920 X 1080 Screen resolution

    80 mm POS Receipt Printer

    100 gb free space on SSD

  • Don't worry, you have a grace period of 15 days to pay your monthly subscription amount, during which the system will work normally.
    However, if the payment is due for more than 15 days, you won't be able to create new invoices.
    You can still deliver serviced clothes for up to 40 days from the date of your subscription expiry.
    After 40 days, your account will be locked, and all data will be deleted from the server after two months.
